I am originally from Los Angeles, but grew up in Edmonton, Alberta. In between I spent two years of my childhood in Montana. One in Great Falls and the other in Havre. My mom married a Canadian when I was 9, and we moved to Canada. Because the winters in Edmonton were too damn cold, I moved back to California once I was 21. My radio career has taken me to Casa Grande, Ariz., and to Palm Springs, Fresno and San Luis Obispo, Calif., and back to Edmonton, and Yakima. I play poker, basketball and flag football in my free time. My claim to fame is that my wife Monica is sisters with the former Miss El Salvador 1996, who came in sixth in that year's Miss Universe competition. Of course I think my wife is prettier than her sister! I also have a 12-year-old daughter named Noel who is in junior high and was the fifth-grade champion high jumper.

How To Lose Money On eBay
My thrift store habit is beginning to cost me money. I'm always looking for something cool at a great price. Some things I keep and some I'm looking to sell. Recently I bought this Courvoisier Bar Rail Mat (the kind they have at bars to pour shots on) at St...
Former Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer Transforms Himself Into “Babbling Brian”
Finally the great state of Montana was going to have a national voice. The Treasure State which all but gets ignored by the national media (except when former Senator Max Baucus spearheaded Obamacare or when they filmed "A River Runs Through It" near Bozeman) was about to have its day.

More People Will Move Into Downtown Billings If The Homeless Move Out
I live on Montana Avenue and there are homeless people sleeping in the doorways every night.
My Favorite Vacation Photo
I made my escape from Billings psychotic weather this past weekend (if Billings weather were a person it would be wearing a hockey helmet and live in a rubber room) and took advantage of the great one-way rates to Los Angeles
The Billings Gazette Changes The Washington Redskins Name For Them.
There's been a debate over the last few years as to whether the Washington Redskins should change their name to something less insensitive to native Americans.
Think Twice Before Installing A Pool
As a kid I always wanted to live in a house with my own pool. I did live in a few apartment complexes with a pool but it's still not the same as having one in the privacy of your own backyard. Billings can get pretty hot in the summer and I know a lot of people who wish they had their own private oasis...
Don’t Try To Fix Stuff Unless You Know How
So last week I found this super cool vintage film projector made in the late 1940's... an "Ampro Stylist 16mm". I purchased it at St. Vincent's Thrift Store at Montana and 27th Street for just $20. I was pretty excited when I plugged it in as all the vacuum tubes lit up.

Former Governor Brian Schweitzer (D-Montana), who has made no bones about letting people know he has the White House in his sights for 2016
