Bike Night Rumbled into Worden. Four Dates Remain for 2024
After a brief hiatus for Sturgis, Billings' Bike Night 2024 returned on Wednesday, with a fantastic party in Worden, MT.
For many riders, it may have been their first time visiting a relatively new establishment in Worden named On the Rocks.
On the Rocks bar, casino, and restaurant has been on my radar to check out for a while now, and I'll certainly be heading back when I'm "off the clock" and can enjoy some dinner and drinks with my spouse.
It's a large place, with 14 TVs for sports and a full-service menu that includes Angus prime rib every night. The food looked delicious.
The locally-owned eatery and bar is beautifully done, with a huge backlit bar, a large dining area, a small area for a makeshift stage and there are darts, pool tables, and a shuffleboard table (something that's getting increasingly hard to find at bars in Montana).
A large garage-style door on the front of On the Rocks was cracked open, facing the main street in downtown Worden, as bikers from around the area began rolling in just after 5 pm.
Montana's up-and-coming singer/songwriter Jonah Prill played an acoustic set indoors, while locals enjoyed playing Wednesday night Bingo. Motorcycles (predominantly Harleys) lined the street for two blocks.
The weather was perfect. After a scorching July, the first half of August in the Billings area has been quite comfortable, and as the shadows lengthened it was a perfect evening for a parking lot party in Worden.
Only four Bike Nights remain for the 2024 season.
Time seems to speed up during the summer months in Montana, and the Bike Night 2024 season is rapidly winding down. Here's where you can find the party for the rest of the year.
- Blue Cat Bar and Grill in Huntley - August 21
- Paula's Longbranch in Ballentine - August 28
- Andy's Bar in Billings - September 4
- Reno Club in Billings - September 11
Don't forget... at the Reno Club finale, we'll be giving away two, $250 gift cards from Beartooth Harley Davidson, on top of other fantastic prizes. See ya next week at Bike Night!
