A recent study even suggests that after hearing no so many times people eventually give in and yes. Nearly 60% of customers will give in after saying no at least 4 times in a sales situation. So why is it so hard for us as adults to say the two-letter word that holds so much power?

A large percentage of people say the challenge in saying no can be directly linked to factors like social pressure, the need to please others, and to avoid conflict at all costs. Some studies say that women might be more likely to struggle with the saying of no due to fact that we may feel a pressure to be agreeable. Turbs out conflict is not our jam.

Before you know it, you're saying no to the birthday party you really don't want to attend, the friend's kids you don't want to watch, and that extra shift at work no one else would pick up. No to your kids when they bug you for toys and treats they don't need.
I know I personally have had a struggle with saying no and that is because I am a people pleaser. BUT as soon as I started saying no it was like a whole new world! I started because of a wonderful boss who pointed out how much I in fact say yes when I really wanted to no. Game. Changer. I owe her the world for teaching me to say it!
You get a no, and you get a no, and you get a no! So, start saying NO it really is for your health! Hold your high with complete confidence and sat no to this that just don't serve your day-to-day life.
