Erica is a Lover. Adopt Her Today at YVAS in Billings
Adopt Erica at Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter.
We met Erica, a joyful dog from Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter, on our Wet Nose Wednesday segment today. After spending 20 fun-filled minutes with Erica, we can't believe this love bug has been at the shelter for nearly two weeks!

Erica is a 7-year-old Pitty mix.
The ready-to-adopt-now dog arrived at the shelter as a surrender. Sadly, her human(s) could not keep her because of a new baby in the household. Erica was very skittish when she arrived at YVAS, said Lindsay Dillon, Volunteer Coordinator.
This sweet girl is a WAGS graduate.
When the shelter receives dogs that are overly shy, timid, or scared, they can participate in YVAS's WAGS program. These bashful dogs receive extra attention to help them become happy, fun dogs.
Erica paid attention in class.
This loving girl was anything but shy. She snuggled in for scratches, she rolled on the floor for belly rubs. She sat and stayed when prompted with our bag of dog treats and was a lot of fun to play with.
Adopt Erica for no cost at Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter.
Occasionally when a pet has started to measure their time at the shelter in weeks, instead of days, dogs can become "sponsored", eliminating their normal adoption fee. Erica is sponsored.
