Don't forget to grab a box of the new-for-2023 flavors.
We had an opportunity to sample one of the new flavors earlier this spring and it might become one of my favorites. According to a 3/20 press release,
Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming (GSMW) will have nine varieties to offer at cookie booths including Thin Mints, Caramel deLites, Peanut Butter Patties, Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Trefoils, Adventurefuls, and new this year, Lemonades, Toast-Yay!, and gluten and allergen free Caramel Chocolate Chip.
The Toasty-Yay!'s are amazing. Try them. Trust me.
Don't eat cookies? Send some to a hometown hero!
Some people may not eat sweets, and that's completely understandable. But here's a cool thing the Girl Scouts do; it's called their Cookie Share program. You can walk up to a booth and buy a box to be donated to local hometown heroes, including fire departments, police officers, first responders, and teachers. How cool is that? Here's another interesting fact, the Girl Scout cookie program began over 100 years ago as a way to support troops during World War I.
