Gilmore Girls Has Hit Billings [Photos]

There are celebrations and hashtags for anniversaries but then there are promotions of a lifetime that Netflix has pulled off flawlessly.  In small coffee shops across the country, coffee seeking and Gilmore Girls loving fans walked into Luke's.  If you watch the show you know that Lorelai and Rory get coffee every morning at Luke's. So, in celebration of the 16th anniversary of the show starting and to promote the four part event of 'A Year In The Life' coming November 25th, Netflix turned all these places in Luke's.

Ebon Coffee on 2nd in downtown Billings pulled it off perfectly. From the sign out front, to the baristas (baristers? men?) dressed in plaid flannels, the cups with quotes from the episodes and sleeves that say Luke's, it felt like you were inside the show for a moment. Apparently, there are a lot of women in Billings that too wanted to go back in time. The place was packed! It was suppose to be free coffee till Noon or until the 200th person. Hate to say, I was the 200th fan but that definitely wasn't stopping more people from coming in and seeing the nostalgia. Check out the pics below if you didn't get time this morning to hop downtown!
