Tim Montana releases powerful new song
They say strike while the iron is hot, and Tim Montana is about as hot as you can get at the moment. We took a look a couple weeks ago as his second single, the title track of his upcoming album, "Savage", began it's rise on both the Billboard and Mediabase mainstream rock charts. In the time since, Tim has released the official video for the song and it is incredible.
"Savage" is the follow up single to Tim's first charting single as a performer, "Devil You Know" which propelled Tim into the national spotlight. Things are definitely going Tim's way right now as he will be touring this summer with Bush and has a spot on such huge festivals as Summerfest in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he will perform on July 6th, and Rocklahoma in Pryor, Oklahoma which will be held August 30th through September 1st and feature such top-tier rock bands such as Slipknot, Disturbed, Avenged Sevenfold and Evanescense. So, what do you do if you are Tim Montana and you want to make an already big summer even bigger? You release a song like this right around Memorial Day. Check it out.
"Die Today" could be Tim's most powerful single yet. Its hook pulls you right in, knocks you out with its main riff and then goes right into the song's introspective and heartfelt lyrics. This could very well be Tim's best rock song yet. But we will have to wait until the album "Savage" is released later this summer. If you can't wait until then, you'll probably get a heapin' helping of new music when he performs in Sidney, Montana on June 8th.
