The U.S. Marshals Service has identified two individuals on the Most Wanted list in Montana for varying criminal offenses and is looking for information from the public that will lead to the location and capture of these fugitives.

David Earl Burgert, Jr., was born on January 19, 1964, in Ohio, and is a white male with brown eyes and hair, standing at 6'2" and weighing 205 lbs. Burgert sometimes goes by the alias Dave Burgert.

Burgert is wanted in Montana for violating the conditions of his supervised release, as well as for firing upon Missoula County Sheriff's Deputies on June 12, 2011.

Considered armed and extremely dangerous, Burgert exhibits intense hatred and hostility towards law enforcement and the government. As a skilled survivalist and outdoorsman, U.S. Marshals say he may also be mentally unstable.

Jesse Allen Pearson, also known by the aliases William Andersen and Jesse Pearson, was born on February 18, 1973, in Wisconsin. Pearson is a Hispanic or Latino White male with green eyes, brown hair, and stands at a height of 6'01", weighing 205 lbs.

Pearson is being sought in Montana for breaking the conditions of supervised release after being convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
