We don't know whether to believe this is good or bad for Montana. Many locals will be happy.

The Outdoors and Montana

Montana and the outdoors go together like spaghetti and meatballs.

It just makes sense.

With all of the parks, hikes, camping spots, and activities, you would think Montana is the place to be.

Many publications have come out with lists of many Montana places as the best for being outdoorsy.

If there were to be a list of The Most Outdoorsy Cities in America, there would be a few spots in Montana, right?

Top 50 Outdoorsy Cities in America

Some cities like Seattle, Denver, Salt Lake City, and Phoenix make sense, but the rest of the list is a joke.

Los Angeles, San Francisco, Pittsburgh, and Orlando ranked high for the most outdoorsy cities. That makes zero sense.

Do they believe these massive cities have more outdoor activities than Missoula, Bozeman, and Billings?

After being outraged, this might be a good thing for Montana.

Montanans Are Over Being Named On Lists

Maybe folks will see this list and realize Montana isn't outdoorsy. That way, locals have the whole state to themselves.

It's a long shot, but it could work.
