Stokes Market Acquires Montana Grocery Stores
This move might seem minor, but it's sneaky fantastic.
NBC Montana reports Stokes Markets is to acquire three grocery stores across the state.
Stokes Markets has locations in Montana, Utah, and Washington.
Stokes will acquire Leo & Gary's Fresh Foods in Florence, Conrad, and Havre.
The timetable for the takeover is between May and June.
This move makes Stokes Markets five total stores in Big Sky Country.
Will there be massive changes? Not really.
Stokes Markets plans to add digital coupons and a loyalty rewards program. Those are always hits with locals.
This deal could be the beginning for Stokes. If other stores in Montana could benefit them, they could acquire more grocery spots soon.
