We're gonna have to get you some before and after photos once he wraps this thing up. You may know our friend Tim Tharp out in Savage, Montana- or....MonDakistan...as I call it out there on the Montana-North Dakota border.

He catches the Breakfast Flakes on the app in the early morning. He catches Montana Talks on the app, and oftentimes jumps in on the conversation with some great insight.

Some of you know that about 7 years I went through Billings Last Diet. It's a great program. In fact, I'm wrapping up my annual tune up right now. That's how I've kept the weight off these last 7 years- checking in once a month with my coach, and doing a tune up or two each year.

Tim heard me talk about Billings Last Diet, and once they started their remote option...he figured- let's do this. And he said he wanted to talk about his experience throughout the process.

Check out part of his latest update:

Tim Tharp: "I am feeling better than I have in decades! About 20 weeks ago, I began an aggressive plan to drop the weight I've been packing around for way too long. Since September 16th, I've lost over 80 pounds and plan to drop about another 5-10 before stabilizing. Thanks to Billings Last Diet, I've lost almost entirely fat with very little muscle loss. I've gotten off of the high-blood pressure medication I've been on for over 15 years, my unmedicated BP is perfect, my resting heart-rate is in the 40s, the knee I broke five years ago doesn't hurt at all anymore, and my total cholesterol is 121. I'm also wearing the same size pants that I wore in high school and my leather jacket I used to wear while riding motorcycles fits again!
How cool is that? So, what's next for Tim in MonDakistan?
Tim Tharp: "Next steps are to add muscle mass and get back to running, which should be fun since I've never run a half marathon at this lower weight! The folks at Billings Last Diet can make this happen for you too! This is not a fad diet or a gimmick and it is NOT one of those dangerous pills that only works in the short-term---it is a doctor supervised approach that guides you and and helps you to make the lifestyle changes which will keep the weight off for life."
I saw Tim share that update on social media, and asked if we could share it here as well. Thanks Tim for sharing your story!
