Lawmakers Say No to Pot

House Bill 770 failed to advance from a state House committee.  It's a bill to legalize recreational marijuana use for Montanan's 18 and older.  Rep. Tom Winter of Missoula estimated the bill would bring $35 to $55 million dollars in revenue to Montana with a 32 percent tax on retail marijuana sales.
