Montana is the Only State that LOVES This “Christmas Candy”
Montana is the "Freedom State"
I wasn't surprised at all to read this is the only state that likes a certain type of candy for the holidays. Candystore.com is a wholesale, bulk candy store based out of L.A. They think they've figured out each states' favorites. But then again- it is Cali coming out with this info.
CandyStore.com found out each of the US states’ favorites.
Candy Canes are, “the hardest candy to eat. Reports show they’re hard to unwrap and make to be a messy treat.”
Peppermint Bark is down a few spots since last year, but still reins on top. Chocolate is king in the world of candy, but there’s so much more candy out there.
Let’s break it down and see if you agree with Montana’s supposed favorite candy.
Reese’s Minis: Cali, Colorado, Indiana, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington
Snickers: D.C., Florida, Georgia, New York, Vermont
Hershey Kisses: Alaska, Arizona, Maine, Missouri, South Dakota, Utah,
M&M's: Iowa, Idaho, Wyoming, Kentucky, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Virginia
Peppermint Bark: Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Rhode Island, Tennessee, West Virginia
Starbursts: Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Nevada, North Carolina, Nevada, Wisconsin,
Kit Kat: Oklahoma, Massachusetts
Chocolate Santa: Mississippi, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio
Candy Canes: Oregon, Louisiana, Oregon
Reindeer Candy Corn (But it's usually red and green): Alabama
Skittles: New Jersey
Reese’s Pieces: MONTANA!
Santa visited the Mix Morning Show at the beginning of the holiday season and he said he LOVES Reese's Pieces on his cookies. They're his absolute favorite. Maybe this candy study was onto something!
I think I'll stick to candy from Candy Town USA, the biggest candy store in Montana.
