On a Mission to Re-home 2 Senior Dogs Kimber and Jessie in Billings
Update: We Still Need to Find a Home in Billings for Dean’s Dogs, Kimber and Jessie
The family that was coming to meet Kimber(M) and Jessie(F) ended up not taking the dogs the last week. After posting the first article, a family in Billings was going to meet Jessie and Kimber to see if it would be a good fit for their household.
It turns out, it wasn’t a good fit. But only because Kimber and Jessie are a bonded pair. It’s hard to re-home shelter pets in general, but when it’s two, it can become much more difficult to take in a pair of dogs.
@ShelterMom on Instagram and I are on a mission to get these dogs into their last home before they cross the rainbow bridge into doggie heaven. We are hoping someone can bring them to visit Dean, as he misses them dearly.
We need your continued help with getting a retirement home for these doggies.
They are well trained, and love to visit their dad, Dean. All we are hoping for is finding a home for them here in Billings. The right candidate would take them see Dean in his care facility for visits. Seeing Dean with his dogs break my heart and mends it back together all in one fellow swoop.
Compassion for Dean. My dogs are my best friends.
I know that if I were ever in this situation, I’d be hoping and praying every day for someone kind to help me out. That’s why I’m so passionate about this situation.
I’m a person who treats my dogs as my best friends, because that’s exactly what they are- my besties. Dean cannot have his bestfriends Kimber and Jessie at his long-term care facility.
If you know a lovely human, willing to take in these two senior dogs to live out the rest of their life comfortably and frequent visits to Dean, please contact Marge.
