It's so nice when good people get recognized for the extraordinary work they've done over the years.

And that's exactly the case when it comes to Nancy Housermann, a woman from Polson who is set to be featured on Good Morning America during their Thanksgiving broadcast.

What is Good Morning America Doing?

So on Thanksgiving, Good Morning America will be discussing community involvement around the holiday - talking about the hard work volunteers and service workers have done to make Thanksgiving special for people all around the country.

One of those people happens to be Nancy Housermann, who's been raising funds and helping to feed people in need for over 20 years. She's set to be featured on the show on Thanksgiving, in a pre-taped interview which she recorded earlier this week.

How Did Good Morning America Track Her Down?

The Lake County Leader published an interview with Housermann where she discusses the Good Morning America experience and talks about some of her work around the community. When asked how Good Morning America found out about her, she said that she didn't have a clue - but however they did, she's thankful that they were able to get the word out.

The interview will supposedly air sometime between 11 AM and Noon on Thanksgiving - that's Thursday, November 25th. And Housermann isn't slowing down anytime soon, as she's already planning a Christmas event next month at Rocky Point on December 18th.

It's awesome to see someone from Montana get this kind of national recognition - will you be watching Good Morning America to see her?
