Almost just as fun watching the NFR, was watching the social media reactions from across Montana- especially from some of the Montanans who are very well connected to the rodeo business.

Our colleague Traci Taylor had the big news for Griz fans over the weekend- Billings, Montana's own Junior Bergen was picked up by the San Francisco 49er's in the NFL draft. And- of course- huge news for Butte, Montana and Bobcat fans-Touchdown Tommy Mellott was drafted by the Las Vegas Raiders.

We started the morning at the Montana Governor's breakfast with all of the great Montana gun and outdoor gear businesses here for the SHOT Show- which is basically the world's biggest gun and outdoor gear show.
