Ice, Ice, Baby.

Vanilla Ice (real name Robert Matthew Van Winkle) headlines the My 90s Playlist concert and the artist really needs no introduction. He burst onto the music scene in 1990 and stayed #1 on the Billboard chart for a whopping 16 weeks with his biggest hit, Ice, Ice, Baby. The flip side of the single contained the slightly less-played song, Play That Funky Music, Whiteboy.

Relieve the decade that saw hip-hop become mainstream.

The 90s were an exciting decade of music. While Grunge was busy being Grunge-y in the 90s, hip-hop also really entered the mainstream. Artists like All 4 One, Color Me Badd, Ginuwine, and Juvenile were all getting major airplay. For many suburban kids around Montana, this was our first exposure to the genre. And we ate it up.
