Oh Boy, Zoey is One Sweet Dog. She’s Ready to Adopt in Billings
Due to a scheduling glitch, we missed meeting a new adoptable pet last week at the Townsquare Media Tower in Downtown Billings. Bummer, right? But we're back on track this week with a super-sweet dog that is ready to adopt now at Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter.
Meet Zoey, our Wet Nose Wednesday Featured Pet.
Zoey is a charmer, with a heart of gold. She's a four-year-old Pitbull mix with a sleek red coat. Zoey is small-to-medium sized for the breed and was well-behaved during her in-studio visit on Wednesday morning.
She knows how to sit and stay and responds quite well to both treats and toys. Cleary, Zoey is an intelligent little dog, and her big smile is contagious. Derek Wulf, Humane Outreach Coordinator at YVAS, said the Zoey was a surrender.
The cheerful pup reportedly likes to chase livestock, but she loves other dogs, gets along well with cats, and should be great with respectful children. She was quite well-behaved during her in-studio visit and knows how to sit and stay.
A playful companion, ready for her new forever home.
Zoey is such a loving, sweet dog... we can't imagine she'll be at the shelter for long. If you're looking for an adventure buddy or a cuddle buddy, she seems to check both boxes. See her bio and browse all the pets currently available at Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter HERE.
Thank you, Shipton's Big R for supporting animal adoption in the Billings area.
