Billings’ 21+ Prom Fuels Fun for a Cause on March 23rd
The Billings Roaddogs are hosting an adult prom on Saturday, March 23rd.
Did you skip your high school prom? Did you go and it was less than memorable? Or maybe it was the best night of your life? Either way, here's a chance for Billings adults to get a prom redo. The event sounds like a blast and it's for a fantastic cause.
Billings Roaddogs 40th Anniversary Toy Run happens this year.
The Billings Roaddogs are celebrating a milestone in 2024; it will be the independent rider organization's 40th anniversary Toy Run. Group member Tim Muessig stopped by Townsquare Media Billings studios on Friday (3/8) to share details about the 21+ prom.
- This event is formal to semi-formal. Come dressed to impress.
- DJ spinning music from the year 2000 and earlier.
- The prom is at the Moose Lodge, 131 Calhoun Lane, Billings (across from the Reno Club).
- Doors open at 6 pm.
- Admission is $50 per couple.
- Everyone is invited, 21+
The 21+ prom is a fundraiser for 2024's Toy Run.
Most of us haven't even begun to think about Christmas. I feel like it just got over like a month ago. However, the Roaddogs are already fundraising for toys, hoping to set a record for 2024 (2023 was just over $60,000). Toys and gifts for all ages of youth are purchased each year, then delivered - many on motorcycles - to a drop point at Rimrock Mall in early December. The gifts are then distributed locally by various support organizations.
No need to sneak booze into this prom.
One great thing about having a prom redo is that we're all adults now and don't have to worry about pesky chaperones or parents with rules about when we need to be home. Attendees can enjoy a cash bar and non-alcoholic drinks and food on site (for purchase) from two great food trucks: Señor Salazer and Double Barrel Barbeque. To purchase tickets reach out to Dixxon via text or call at 406-672-4678.
