Oh man! It's been three days since we gorged on prime rib, wore silly hats, blew noisemakers and watched the ball drop in Times Square.  Hopefully you've recovered from your hangover (they last longer the older you get) and are well on your way to a better you this year.  You made some resolutions, right?

How's the gym going? Are you gonna make it another week?  How about quitting your nicotine addiction... did you get the patch, the gum? Cold turkey? How crabby are you at this point? Maybe your resolution was something a little easier, like being nicer to people or spending more time with your family and less time on your phone. Worthy resolutions as well.

I did not make any resolutions. My theory is that if you want to change something in your life, why wait till a new year? You know you can do it at any time, right? Best of luck.
