Bin 119 in Downtown Billings Acquired by Walkers Owner

We just got big news in the world of great eats here in Billings. Today, Chef Nick Steen, owner of Walkers Grill in Downtown Billings, announced the acquisition of Bin 119, also in Downtown Billings.

Bin 119 has been a staple of Downtown Billings since its official opening in April of 2008. Known for their wide selection of wines and inviting atmosphere, Bin 119's owners wave farewell on March 30th.

The new owner, Chef Nick Steen, owner of Walkers Grill in Downtown Billings, shared his excitement for this new adventure:

“Bin 119 holds a special place in the heart of Billings’ culinary scene, and I am privileged to steward its legacy into the future. I am committed to honoring its past while infusing new life through innovative culinary concepts inspired by the richness of French and Italian traditions, enhanced by my own distinct culinary style.

Currently nominated for a James Beard Award, Chef Nick is continuing his mission to brighten the dining landscape in Billings, embracing collaboration and engaging with our community along the way.

What Changes Are Coming To Bin 119?

Well, upon the reopening of Bin 119, the name is being updated to Bin 119 Bistro. Bin 119 will focus on a fusion of French & Italian cuisine, with a revised menu, and a refreshed & hand-curated wine selection.
