We just got big news in the world of great eats here in Billings. Today, Chef Nick Steen, owner of Walkers Grill in Downtown Billings, announced the acquisition of Bin 119, also in Downtown Billings.

Bin 119 has been a staple of Downtown Billings since its official opening in April of 2008. Known for their wide selection of wines and inviting atmosphere, Bin 119's owners wave farewell on March 30th.

The new owner, Chef Nick Steen, owner of Walkers Grill in Downtown Billings, shared his excitement for this new adventure:

What Changes Are Coming To Bin 119?

Well, upon the reopening of Bin 119, the name is being updated to Bin 119 Bistro. Bin 119 will focus on a fusion of French & Italian cuisine, with a revised menu, and a refreshed & hand-curated wine selection.
