Be on the lookout for this missing boy.

The Billings Police Department is asking for assistance from the public in locating 8-year-old Donovan Arturo Morin. Referencing case 23-28365, Lieutenant Brian Krivitz wrote in an email we received Friday afternoon (5/5), that the boy was taken by his non-custodial birth mother Angel Ridgebear.

The child was taken on 5/2.

According to the report, the boy was taken on 5/2 and Angel Ridgebear is believed to be traveling with Daryl American Horse, both pictured above. No description of clothing was available for Donovan, but BPD noted the boy may be educationally delayed, as he has never attended school.

According to the information provided by the BPD, American Horse and Ridgebear may be driving a silver, 2006 Dodge Stratus with Montana license plate 3-31331E. Please contact the Billings Police Department at 657-8200 with any information or your local agency if they are located.
