An 18-year-old male and a 17-year-old juvenile male have been arrested in connection to a string of vehicle vandalism in Billings last weekend.

Funded by donations, Billings' Shop With a Cop children get an experience they'll remember forever, including a $350 shopping trip with a positive role model.

After 3 days, the child has been found.

Two residences were hit in total, and the cases appear to be connected.
