Secret Rock Painter in Billings Neighborhood
It has been just over a year since I learned about the 'lawn gnome-napping' in Josephine Crossing. A neighbors lawn gnome went missing but then it mysteriously appeared back in its place but with a photo album full of pictures of the gnome on vacation somewhere sunny and with pretty beaches. The story was hilarious and as were the photos. What a fun prank!
Now, the Josephine Crossing neighborhood is back in conversation but for a lot more heartfelt reason. Residents of Josephine Crossing have been getting 'rocked.' A secret person (in the neighborhood, to be assumed) has been taking large river rocks and painting beautiful pictures on them. And judging from a lot of the pictures that have been posted over the last several weeks (on the neighborhoods Facebook page), it seems to be fitting paints to who is receiving them!
Take a look at some of the rocks:
This is just some of the many throughout the neighborhood. No one knows how it is and I like it that way! My fingers are crossed that I get blessed with a painted rock for Christmas!!
