Keeno is a 4-year-old Siberian Husky/American Bulldog mix.

He came bounding into our studios this morning for Wet Nose Wednesday; tail wagging, tongue out, with a huge smile on his face. Don't tell me dogs don't smile! We all know they do. Keeno came to Montana from Texas, as part of a partnership YVAS has with other shelters around the country. He was adopted once before, according to Derek Wulf with YVAS. Apparently, he escaped or was abandoned, as he was picked up on the run. He's now ready for a new forever home.

The handsome fella is intelligent and ready for adventure. Keeno's bio reads,

He is highly trainable, quickly picking up new commands and tricks with ease. Keeno’s intelligence allows him to adapt to various situations and environments, making him an ideal companion for those who enjoy mental stimulation and engaging activities. With his quick wit and eagerness to please, he’ll keep you entertained and amazed by his cleverness.

He's 72 pounds, white, with one blue eye/one brown. Keeno is chipped, up to date on his vaccinations, and ready to adopt today. FOR FREE!

Due to overcrowding, adoption fees are waived until July 4.

If the only thing preventing you from adopting a pet is the fee, then now is a great time to get a new-to-you dog or cat from Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter. They do a great job of updating their website and you can browse cats and dogs HERE. If you're not ready for a big commitment, ask about their foster program.
