Do not crowd the boarding gates in Billings airport. If you’re boarding class C just wait your turn.

Do not overcrowd the overhead bins in the plane. 

This means boarding class A people do not take up the bins at the front. You put your bag above wherever you’re sitting, this is common sense. And makes it smoother for everyone else.
