If you have a dog or maybe more than one you know just how special they are! Today lets celebrate our best little furry friends! Today isn't just about loving and hugging puppies it is actually to being awareness about adopting them. It's National Puppy Day!

Rescue dogs are always in need of a wonderful forever home. My Oldest dog Scout is a rescue dog and I could not ask for a more well behaved loyal sidekick. I got her when she was only 6 months old and now  11 years old and super healthy and playful.

I was worried that as she got older what I would do without her or do without a dog period. So what did I do to ease my worries you ask... yep I got a puppy! His name is Jax and is a Scotty dog. Super cute. Kind of has a big head so that makes things like stairs very hard for him to keep his balance!

I rescued him right here in Billings and the place I got him said that he was one of five puppies and that soon his little brother would need a home. I took Jax home and kept thinking about where his brother would end up. Three days later they called me and said he was ready. Naturally I couldn't just leave him! So yes I took him home. The boyfriend wasn't too happy with the first puppy and now I brought another one home! In the end he feel in love with them very much and we were very happy we rescued them.
