Want To thrive At Work? Why Work Friendships Matter!
Get ready to thrive at work and unlock your productivity all while making some friends! In a new survey, job-seekers said that the top benefits to making friends at work includes improved mental health, improved productivity, and a bigger desire to stay with the that company long-term.
Do you have friends from work who you've welcomed into your personal outside of 8 to 5 life? Or are you one that intentionally avoids ALL work social events, because you just don't want to be hanging around your coworkers more than you already have to?

In a new survey, 59% of all workers say they just could not get through the long workday without having pals at work. While 49% of people who are currently searching for a job are more worried about being able to make new friends at their next place of employment.
It turns out the younger adults are MORE likely to say that work friendships are extremely important to them. Yet that drops as you get older with seniors caring the very least about it.
A survey asked jobseekers what some of the benefits are to having a bestie at work and here are a few of the top responses. Do you agree?
