Haunted houses can be absolutely terrifying, or a great night of fun. Some people love the safe, yet terrifying thrills of a haunted house. The chemical dump your body creates when you get startled or frightened is tough to duplicate without being in actual danger.

'Apocalypse', with a new location for 2022.

The Scarity Haunted House theme this year is 'Apocalypse' and the event has grown so much in the last couple of years that they're taking the frightening freakshow to Oscar's Park. The charming old venue just west of Billings is quite pleasant during the day. You've probably been there for a wedding or other event.  But let's be honest... when the sun sets, I bet that place is creepy as hell. On a normal day. Not during a Halloween Apocalypse.

Check out the trailer for Scarity Haunted House Apocalypse below.

Two long weekends of screams.

The event offers twice as many dates for 2022 as well, with the opening weekend on Thursday, October 20th. It will run on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights from 10/21 to 10/30. Tickets are $10 for kids under 13 and $20 for adults. You can buy them now at the Sean O'Daniel State Farm Insurance office in Shiloh Crossing, or at  ScarityHauntedHouse.com. Prices go up a few dollars at the gate.

Super scary, for a great cause.

O'Daniel stopped by our studios today and shared how awesome it is to see how the Scarity Haunted House has really grown in just four years. 100's of people (including volunteers and paid actors) are now involved in creating the experience and 100% of all proceeds are split between two very deserving non-profits in Billings. Last year Scarity Haunted House raised $30,000. Sean hopes to hit a goal of $100,000 this year. Take a listen to our interview below, and scroll down for a chance to win free tickets.
