As much as I try to get up and walk around during the day, I find myself sitting most of my day in front of the mic or the computer. In fact, this is true for 80% of American's. Being sedentary, unfortunately (and especially for women) can lead to a few health problems including weight gain, WHICH IS THE WORST!!! As is there weren't already enough ways to do that!

So, I searched for some stretches that we can all do while at work to help make us feel good and get us up and moving a little. I found four stretches we can do while sitting in our chairs and four stretches we can do while standing. And from what I found, getting the blood flowing a few times a day can help us to have more productive days! So, take a few minutes for yourself and try these stretches!!
