Charlie the Big Lovable Goofball is Ready to Adopt in Billings

If you're a fan of big, goofy dogs you'll have to take a look at Charlie, our featured Wet Nose Wednesday Pet with Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter. This handsome fella is full of joy and energy and he's ready to adopt now at YVAS.

Charlie is an 18-month-old Great Dane mix.

This happy-go-lucky dog arrived at the shelter as a stray about a week ago. We can't imagine why his human(s) didn't contact the shelter when they realized he went missing. He appears to be well cared for. With some extra kibble and a bath, we think Charlie will quickly become even more handsome than he already is.

Big dogs can have so much personality.

Charlie LOVES people, playtime, and treats. He's a gentle giant and would likely do well with respectful children. Standing over 3 feet at the shoulder with paws as large as my hand, he doesn't seem to realize his size. For that reason alone, he might inadvertently knock over a toddler.
