Patriots or Rams, one thing we can all agree on is that one of the best parts of watching the big game on Sunday is the food. Maybe you're having a big party at your place where everyone brings a dish potluck-style, or maybe you're solely responsible for the menu.  Maybe you go all out and cook for days like it's a holiday meal.

Or, maybe you take the easy way out and order a bunch of pizza's and wings and call it good. Either way, snacks and the Superbowl are mandatory. As I mentioned in a previous blog, we're trying to go low-carb at our house. Luckily, many great snacks are already low carb. Wings, meatballs, spinach dip... all lower-ish carbs. Cheese, bacon wrapped jalapeno's, and stuffed mushrooms can also be low carb. Of course, I'll make up for those carbs with copious amounts of beer.
