How does the Omnipod 5 work?

Omnipod 5 has an algorithm built into the pod that automates insulin delivery and predicts glucose 60 minutes ahead to either increase, decrease, or pause insulin. This system can be controlled via an app on an Insulet-provided controller or compatible personal smartphone.
